Jeff Edmonds is the founder of Green Pinnacles. He is a seasoned and highly experienced CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Jeff received a business degree from Marist College, and, a few months out of school, he was in the heart of finance, Wall Street. Jeff worked for major firms for the first several years of his career, and during this time he realized that these companies were apathetic to the needs of his clients. This led him to partner with Commonwealth Financial Network® in 1995.
Jeff is registered with FINRA and holds a number of securities licenses. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2011 and, in 2020, expanded the business to the Lake Tahoe area.
Originally from New York state, Jeff grew up spending time in the Adirondack Mountains. It was there he developed a strong bond with nature. Jeff enjoys learning about nature and earned the certified California Naturalist designation in April 2021 from UC Davis.
His fondness for nature has led him to volunteer and support a number of organizations devoted to protecting and preserving the environment.
Jeff cherishes the time he spends with his family. He and his wife, Leslie, take their kids hiking, skiing, camping, and swimming. In his free time, you might find him trying to play bluegrass guitar or learning Spanish.
